Katherine is the other founding member of Ashley Law. Also a Christchurch girl with legal experience gained from Christchurch, New South Wales, Invercargill, Dunedin, and Rangiora, Katherine is very happy to be practicing and living in Rangiora.

Katherine's main areas of law include trusts, wills, estates and elder law. She has considerable experience in advising clients on the best path to take when considering family trusts. Usually tied up with family trusts are wills and enduring powers of attorney and Katherine has the experience and expertise to give the sound advice required. Coupled with that are the legalities of buying and selling houses. Katherine enjoys meeting with her clients to assist them through what can be a complicated process. Sports law is also a favourite of Katherine's. She is the legal adviser to the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation as well as the Canterbury Ice Hockey Association.
