  Property - Prices are based on residential transactions for individuals. Does not include matrimonial settlements, trusts or companies

    House/land purchase (no mortgage) $800.00 / (1 mortgage) $950.00

  • Sales
    Land sale (no mortgage) $600.00 / (1 mortgage) $650.00
    House/land sale (no mortgage) $650.00 / (1 mortgage) $700.00

  • Purchase and Sale Package
    House/land purchase and sale package $1,550.00
    (includes discharge 1 mortgage, 1 new mortgage,
    and free Wills which must be signed within
    three months of settlement)

  • Refinance
    Refinance (discharge 1 mortgage, 1 new mortgage) $600.00

• Commercial
  
  • Purchase of a business $900.00 to $1,700.00
    
  • Sale of a business $800.00 to $1,300.00
    (These prices will vary depending on the work involved in the transaction)

• Subdivisions
  Subdivision prices will vary depending on the size of the subdivision and the instruments to be registered against the new certificates of title.

• Wills
  
  • Single person $90.00
    
  • Couple $170.00
    
  • Wills with house/land purchase and sale package Free
    (Wills must be completed within 3 months of settlement)

• Enduring Powers of Attorney
  
  • Single person (both documents) $180.00
  • Couple (both documents) $320.00

• Trusts
  Family trust - standard package (includes establishment of the trust, transferring the family home to the trust, first year of gifting, Wills)
  • Single person $1700.00
  • Couple $1900.00
